We've been using these wraps on everything from cheese to cut avocados, and what stands out is how easily they shape themselves to whatever you're covering. A few seconds of warmth from your hands is all it takes to soften the wrap, and once it's pressed into place, it holds its seal around bowls, produce, or a wrapped sandwich.
They're also low-maintenance. A quick hand wash with dish soap and cold water and they're ready to dry & reuse. Since they're a fully plant-based alternative to traditional beeswax wraps, they work for vegan households too, with no compromise on performance.
- Truly Plastic-Free Storage: A washable, reusable swap for plastic wrap that's 100% biodegradable, so it breaks down instead of sitting in a landfill.
-
Vegan-Friendly Formula: Made without beeswax, so plant-based households don't have to give up reusable food wraps.

Fully Plant-Based Materials
Every wrap is made from GOTS Organic Cotton coated in carnauba wax, jojoba oil, and tree resin - no synthetic waxes or plastic coatings involved. This means:
- Zero Plastic: Nothing in the wrap comes from petroleum-based plastic.
- Vegan-Friendly: Plant waxes stand in for beeswax, so it works for vegan households too.
- Fully Compostable: Once the wrap reaches the end of its life, it breaks down completely instead of sitting in a landfill.
Replacing Single-Use Plastic
Plastic cling wrap and disposable baggies are used once and thrown away, often taking hundreds of years to break down.
- The Problem: A single roll of plastic wrap generates ongoing waste with every use, none of it reusable or compostable.
- Our Solution: One wrap can be reused for a year+ before it's composted or re-waxed, cutting out hundreds of single-use wraps and bags along the way.
Care & How To Use
Care & How To Use
Hand wash with dish soap and cold water, then hang or drape to dry - skip the dishwasher and hot water, which will melt the wax coating. Store wraps at cool or room temperature, away from direct heat. With regular care, each wrap holds up for about a year before it's time to compost or re-wax it.
FAQs
FAQs
Can I use these wraps for meat or raw fish?
No - we don't recommend using these wraps for meat or raw fish since the wax coating isn't designed to be washed at the higher temperatures needed for thorough sanitizing.
Can I microwave or freeze food wrapped in these?
No, these wraps aren't microwave-safe, and freezing can cause the wax to crack. They're best for room-temperature or fridge storage.
How do I know when it's time to replace a wrap?
Once a wrap feels dry, stiff, or no longer tacky when warmed, it's ready to be composted or re-waxed rather than reused.
Are these wraps vegan?
Yes! Unlike traditional beeswax wraps, these are made with carnauba wax and jojoba oil instead, so are fully plant-based.
