Refund policy

We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. If you’d like a different size, scent, or style, you can simply place a new order for that item.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Complete with all accessories or inserts

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care and beauty items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@plasticfreeprovisions.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Package items securely and send them back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, style, or scent? Just follow the return steps above and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do our best to pack orders carefully, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please reach out right away at hello@plasticfreeprovisions.com with photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
