Not in our testing. We use it regularly on our seasoned wok and the patina is still intact.
Will it scratch my pots or countertops?
It hasn't scratched anything we've used it on. Bamboo is firm enough to scrape off stuck food but softer than metal tools.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash it and dry it right away to keep it in good shape.
