How Our Refill Service Works

Step 1: Place Your Order

Shop our refillable soaps, shampoos, conditioners, or lotions and choose Local Delivery at checkout.

Step 2: Set Out Your Bottles

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your assigned delivery day. On that day, simply leave your clean, empty bottles of the correct size outside where you’d like us to return them. Bottles don’t have to be the original ones you purchased - any clean container of the same size works. If your assigned day doesn’t work for you, just email us at hello@plasticfreeprovisions.com and we’ll do our best to arrange another time.

Step 3: Relax, We'll Do the Rest

On your delivery day, we’ll swing by with our bulk refill containers, top up your bottles right from the vehicle, and place them back where you left them. Quick, easy, and completely waste-free.
